Dr. Andrew W. Crane was born in Greensburg, Indiana. In 2000, he graduated magna cum laude from Hanover College in Hanover, Indiana. He earned his medical degree from Indiana University in 2004. Dr. Crane completed his internship and residency at the Indiana University Medical Center and served as Chief Resident during his final year. He completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship in 2011, also at the Indiana University Medical Center. Dr. Crane is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He joined Indianapolis Gastroenterology and Hepatology in 2011.
Dr. Crane is a member of the Indiana State Medical Association, the Indianapolis Medical Society, and the American College of Gastroenterology. He is married and has four children. He and his wife serve as leaders of the Junior and Senior High Youth Program in their church. Dr. Crane enjoys spending time with family and playing music on the piano, organ, accordion, and trumpet. His athletic interests include golf, disc golf and running.
